I hear the CAA are contemplating inspections of the crank on Gypsy Majors..I'll ring Mark at DhSupport tomorrow and see if they've heard anything.

I am afraid it does not look good in light of recent events.Please keep us postedif you hear anything. If they can prove that the webs were machined at the last overhaul there may be some hope of us being spared a mandatory

I hear a rumour that we are safe... apparently Vintec have presuaded the CAA/AAIB that Gypsy cranks do occasionally break, some even did it from new so its a well known problem and things should be left as they are...!
