CC Work Up - part 2
« on: Sunday April 16, 2006, 16:17:54 UTC »
After Marks brilliant pictures, I will post a few snapped by me. After arrival, the decision was made to pull both aircraft outside for an engine run:

Although the weather wasn't that perfect  :? the work-up of the display routine had to be conducted. After all, as DC beautiflly says: "If you can display in this weather, nothing will stop you for the future"   Concentration was high:

Display routine looked great, but not going to give this away just yet. We will wait for some better weather to make sure the pictures of the display are at it's best.

Two shots of the aircraft 'coming in to land':

And finally, the BIG cleanup. Just to prove to Dave we did clean them:

Roll on the hot and dry Scottish summer  8)

Cheers, Berry

Great "Vissers Special", Berry!

Can you reveal where the photo's were taken? Both Mark's and your pictures show a beautifull environment for aviation photography (with the landhouse in the back). Is Perth something like this as well?

Cheers,
Herbert

Perth is a nice location as well, but much more open compared to 'Area 51'. As DC says, tarmac at Perth (and less sheep) to save us cleaning the aircraft after each flight.
