For those of you interested Chipmeet next year will be on 25-28 May at Zoersel EBZR.

I've always wanted to go to this as past events look fantastic, problem is next year I should be in the throughs of starting my own business at this time so it might be difficult.

For details and piccies of past events go to www.chipmeet.com

I would definitely be up for it!  It would be a nice kick start for everyone before the 2006 season.  I think it would be a great way of developing not only our flying skills, but to capitalise on the experience of other Chippy pilots, engineers and enthusiasts.

It would however need to be carefully considered and planned as I am sure take could take up to 2 days to to transit to and from Belgium (if the weather was kind) as well as the days out there.  We would also have to make sure we have the crews to get the aircraft out and back if there is a tech/weather snag!

A mammoth adventure...but if the gods are smiling on us, not outwith our grasp.  There is plenty of water to flow under the bridge before then  though.  I can just see Declan's face now------>  :?

OOOOH me wanna go, me booking that weekend off work. problem is me will probably have to go there in one of those not proper aeroplanes that make a wooshy noise     , also me needs to get the new missus liking chipmunks. she likes big military jets and harriers   and thinks that chipmunks are small and too fragile looking.  :?

(someone needs converting to the cause   )
