Stall speed question
« on: Monday June 08, 2009, 04:20:51 UTC »
All,
I have never been able to get anywhere close to the book stall speed in my Chip.  Book sat 38kts landing configuration, power off - about 44mph, mine stalls at 55mph - about 48kts.

I'm interested in what you see as actual stall speed in your aircraft.

Thanks!

Page 36 of the Flight Manual DH2.2 shows the precise measurements and  position of the pitot head relative to the wing ....if you need a copy please let me know.

Best
