Chipmunk pilot exchange programme

Does anybody think we could have some sort of exchange programme whereby our betterhalves could take advantage of a wee break away from it all, some shopping at an unfamiliar mall perhaps, while we poor workers flew in each others aeroplanes for research purposes. The extreme case would of course be a trip to Groongal in our winter and our Antipodean friends could visit the Scottish de Havilland Fly In during their winter. :?:  :wink:

However, the cost of running the aircraft AND paying the credit card bill for shopping?   :pale:
